In case of cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay part of the agreed price as compensation. Cancellation must be made in writing. The amount of compensation depends on the time until the arrival day and is as follows: up to 24 hours after booking, the apartment can be canceled free of charge. Up to 30 days before the arrival day 50% of the agreed price. Less than 30 days before the arrival day or in case of non-arrival, 100% of the agreed price.


If you need a little more time for your vacation planning but are worried that the apartment might already be booked, you can also put a hold on it. Depending on the timing, a small fee may apply. If you decide to book the accommodation afterward, this fee will, of course, be fully credited.
